The only currencies accepted here are EUR, CAD, NZD, CZK, ZAR, BGN, DKK, HRK, RON, AUD, BTC, LTC, ETH, and XRP and the casino does not execute any conversion between any currencies.
The minimal amount of deposit accepted is €15 or an equivalent and the maximum per transaction is €2,000 for most methods.
For withdrawals, the minimum transaction starts from €50 and the maximum amount that can be processed in a day is €2,500. The weekly limit is €7,500 while the monthly limit is €15,000 and if you win an amount greater than that, it will be paid out in installments, but exceptions can be made for VIP players.
The casino takes 24 hours to process withdrawals and then the amount can take some time to reach you depending on the payment method with bank transfer requiring up to 5 days.
Before your account is eligible for any withdrawal, a successful deposit must be made, and the casino does not provide any refunds or cancellations.
For crypto transactions, be sure to keep in mind what the minimum transaction amounts are, as, if lower funds are transferred, it will not reach your wallet, and will be non-recoverable. And due to the nature of digital currencies, you will also not have the option to set any deposit limits, so the casino advises on using fiat options for vulnerable players.
If you accidentally deposit cryptocurrency funds to another cryptocurrency network address, the casino will only attempt to recover the funds if it is greater than €5,000 and a 0.1 BTC fee will be applicable even though there is no guarantee that the funds will be recovered.
If your account has not been logged into or out of for 12 consecutive months, it will be deemed as Inactive and a monthly fee of €10 will be charged at the beginning of each month by the casino.
In order to process cashouts, your account will need to be verified, and for the process, you need to send over several legal documents under the Verification tab under your profile. The casino takes about 12 hours or less to verify your documents and you need to contact support if more than 48 hours have passed without any contact from the team. The team also has the right to make a phone call to the number provided in your account as a part of the KYC process.
